Astro-eulogy

"Cancer!" he cried
The stars did stir
"Your alignment has lied!"
So bright did they burn
"My organs have died!"
thinking as they learn
"Oh, celestial divide!"
Blinking as they were
"I hurt so inside!"

The orbs came to Earth
"Bring me my life!"
Space and time curved
"I draw upon my knife!"
Unholy white, the sky turned
"I fear you not in the light!"
Cancer ate his words
with the land, the sea,
and all of the birds.
